Hair regeneration

A medical problem with many causes — approached with history, labs, and a plan, not a one-size treatment.

Best known for

Supporting shedding reduction and improved density in selected patterns of hair loss.

Not designed for

A single “miracle session” that fixes every cause of hair loss.

How decisions are made

Root-cause assessment first: history, scalp exam, and targeted blood work.

Hair loss is not one diagnosis

Hair thinning and shedding can happen for many reasons — and the correct plan depends on the cause. In practice, different mechanisms can overlap: androgen sensitivity, inflammation, stress physiology, nutritional deficiency, thyroid or hormonal issues, medication effects, and more.

That’s why we do not start with a single procedure. We start by understanding what pattern you have and what factors may be driving it.

How we approach hair in our practice

Our first step is a medical intake and scalp assessment. When appropriate, we use targeted laboratory work to check common, correctable contributors (for example iron status and other markers when clinically indicated). From there, we build a program that matches your goals, timeline, and risk tolerance.

  • History: timeline, triggers, family pattern, medication/supplement review
  • Scalp and hair exam: shedding vs miniaturization patterns
  • Targeted labs when appropriate (common deficiencies and hormonal contributors)
  • Plan: stepwise program with follow-up checkpoints

Tools we may use (depending on your diagnosis)

Hair treatment is usually multi-modal. Not every patient needs every tool — and some therapies are only useful for certain causes.

  • Topical solutions (when indicated)
  • Prescription options (when appropriate)
  • PRF microneedling for scalp signaling and support
  • Cell-support mesotherapy options (selected cases)
  • Plinest and other bioregenerative injections in selected scenarios

How PRF supports the scalp

Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is derived from your own blood and contains platelets within a fibrin matrix. In the scalp, it is used to deliver biologic signaling that may support follicle environment and recovery — especially when combined with a program that addresses underlying drivers.

  • Provides growth factor signaling over time
  • May support follicle environment and scalp quality
  • Works best as part of a structured program, not as a one-off session

PRF is used to support scalp signaling. The program matters: diagnosis, consistency, and follow-up checkpoints.

What results typically look like

Hair changes slowly. Most programs require months to judge response. Early signs may include reduced shedding and improved hair caliber, followed by density changes over time. Because the causes vary, we set expectations based on your pattern and diagnosis.

We will be direct if we think your pattern is unlikely to respond meaningfully to regenerative treatments alone.

Investment & protocol

A typical starting protocol for PRF microneedling is 4 sessions, spaced about 1 month apart. The goal is consistent signaling and a chance to evaluate response over time.

  • PRF microneedling (starting price)₪2,000
  • Typical initial protocol4 sessions (monthly)

Additional therapies (topicals, prescriptions, mesotherapy, Plinest) may be added depending on diagnosis and goals.

Every recommendation is made in the context of your scalp, your health, and time.
