Treatment
Subtle structural support where volume loss changes facial balance — planned conservatively, with reversibility in mind.
WhatsApp consultationHyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are biocompatible gels used to support soft tissue structure. They can restore contour and soften shadows created by volume loss — when placed in the right plane, in the right amount.
They are not a replacement for skin quality treatments, and they are not meant to “inflate” the face. In our practice, fillers are used as structural support, not as a trend-driven aesthetic.
We plan filler the way you would plan any medical intervention: by anatomy, proportion, and risk. The goal is a natural, rested look — not obvious volume. That usually means treating fewer areas, more precisely, and stopping early rather than pushing to a “perfect” result.
If your main goal is skin quality (texture, crepe, laxity), another modality may be more appropriate than adding volume.
Volume loss affects faces differently. Common patterns include midface flattening, deepening of the nasolabial fold due to support loss, and perioral shadowing. We assess the whole face first, then decide where small support will create the biggest improvement.
HA is a molecule naturally present in skin and connective tissue. In filler form, it acts as a soft structural gel that supports tissue and can bind water. When placed in the appropriate plane, it restores contour and reduces shadowing — often with less product than people expect.
Most volume support is visible immediately, with refinement over the first one to two weeks as swelling settles. Longevity varies by region, product selection, and individual metabolism. We aim for results that look natural in motion and in different lighting — not only in a mirror under perfect conditions.
A good plan leaves room for adjustment. It does not require maxing out volume on day one.
Fillers can be very safe when performed properly, but they are not trivial. Anatomy varies, and risk depends on region and depth. We focus on conservative dosing, safe planes, and planning that prioritizes your long-term face — not a short-term trend.
Pricing is planned by facial region and treatment intent, not by “per syringe” shopping. Most patients do best with a conservative plan, then reassessment once tissue has settled.
Exact plan and cost are confirmed after assessment. There is no obligation to proceed.
Every recommendation is made in the context of your skin, your goals, and time.
